All prices are shown in GB pounds sterling and include a presentation box and delivery.

Photography / Images
We try to ensure that photographs of the items are as realistic as possible, however, as all the jewellery is handmade there may be slight variations from the images displayed.
 
Delivery
Delivery will be by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery within mainland UK. Royal Mail will require a signature as proof of delivery, therefore please provide a delivery address which is most convenient for you.
Non-UK deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For Service.

We aim to deliver all items within 28 days from receipt of order and authorisation of payment. This is because all items will be handmade to order and then submitted for hallmarking (see below). You will be contacted by e-mail to advise you of the delivery period on authorisation of payment.

Hallmarking
It is a legal requirement that precious metal jewellery is hallmarked. This is to protect you and provides assurance on quality. All items will be hallmarked by the Assay Office in London, except small items weighing less than 7.78 grams which are exempt.
 
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery you may return it within 7 days. The item must be returned in perfect condition to us for a full refund minus paypal charges and original postage. Return the item in it's original packaging via Royal Mail Special Delivery to the address below.

Please note we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post and therefore recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery. 

In the unlikely event that your jewellery is faulty, please return it within 7 days for a full refund including your postage costs, replacement or repair. Please return it in it's original packaging via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

EXCEPTION - For hygiene reasons earrings can only be returned if they are faulty.

Care Instructions
Jewellery should be last on and first off to protect it from detergents, toiletries, perfume and all the other day to day substances that will harm it, including water. Silver oxidises (blackens) on exposure to air. For highly polished silver using a silver polish occasionally will remove this and keep your jewellery looking it's best. Avoid getting polish on any stones. For jewellery with a satin finish do not use polish, use wire wool to clean and maintain the finish, avoiding any stones in the piece. Most stones need nothing more than a gentle rub with a clean soft cloth to remove dirt.
